ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙНОЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ В КОНТЕКСТІ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ УПРАВЛІННЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСАМИ

Анотація. Розглянуто науково-методичні підходи до оцінювання операційної ефективності на засадах удосконалення управління бізнес-процесами і впровадження цифрових технологій на підприємстві. Наголошено, що сучасним підприємствам необхідно підвищити рівень операційної ефективності та удосконалити управління бізнес-процесами за рахунок оптимізації постачань, трансформації ключових функцій виробничозбутового ланцюгу та підвищення результативності всього бізнес-циклу. Запровадження цифрових технологій призведе до зростання потенціалу операційної ефективностіі реалізації операційної стратегії підприємства.

OPERATING EFFICIENCY ASSESSMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPROVING GOVERNANCE BUSINESS PROCESSES

Abstract. The scientific and methodological approaches to the estimation of operational efficiency on the bases of improvement of business process management and introduction of digital technologies as innovative trends in forming the operational strategy of the enterprise are considered. It is substantiated that operational efficiency is a strategic priority and is effectively implemented at all levels of the enterprise. In today’s business environment, two areas of projects are being actively used to improve operational efficiency: implementation of the ERP system and implementation of pr It is proved that the increase of operational efficiency potential is the introduction of “digital” technologies, which in general will lead to the improvement of business process management and implementation of the operating strategy of the enterprise. It is emphasized that the “digitalization” of business process management should take place in three directions: technological, regulatory, economic, production. It is concluded that in order to become a stable market leader in specific areas of the economy, we need to focus on key activities, namely: to increase the potential of operational efficiency of the enterprise, to improve the management of business processes in the context of the formation and development of digital operating strategy and to manage its implementation to the operational advantage of its digital execution. The introduction of digital technologies will increase the capacity of operational efficiencyand the implementation of the operating strategy of the enterprise.
