ОЦІНКА ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙ В ЛЮДСЬКИЙ КАПІТАЛ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація. В статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти різних підходів до оцінки ефективності інвестицій у розвиток людського капіталу, висвітлено структуру, особливості інвестицій в людський капітал підприємства, а також показники, що характеризують ефективність інвестицій в людський капітал. Визначено необхідність проведення оцінки ефективності інвестицій в людський капітал.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF INVESTMENTS IN HUMAN CAPITAL OF ENTERPRISE

Abstract. Setting objectives. The current stage of economic development inevitably leads to the development of new business spheres, new ways to achieve commercial goals. The main problem I faced with modern enterprises is the assessment of the effectiveness of the investment-day in human capital. The complexity that arises in this is to some extent explained by the fact that investment in human capital has a number of peculiarities that distinguish them from other types of investments, which requires the development of special valuation methods. Investments in the development of human capital of an enterprise should improve the performance of its activities. They are justified only if they have a fairly high level of payback and profitability. Therefore, the question of assessing the effectiveness of investments in the development of human capital at the microeconomic level is very relevant, especially in today’s economic conditions. Research results. The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of different approaches to assessing the efficiency of investments in the development of human capital, highlights the structure, features of investment in human capital of the enterprise, as well as indicators characterizing the efficiency of investments in human capital. The necessity of carrying out an estimation of efficiency of investments into human capital is determined. Conclusions. However, due to the fact that there is a significant number of indicators that characterize the efficiency of investments in human capital, it should be noted that there are absolutely no perfect criteria. In each particular situation, it is necessary to study the specific conditions, determine the best investment criterion, which can be successfully applied only in the system of interconnected indicators.
