Анотація. В статі розглянуто основні підходи до визначення ефективної дивідендної політики. Визначено чинники, що впливають на ефективність дивідендної політики підприємств. Обґрунтовано вплив дивідендної політики на прибутковість підприємств. Розкрито методичні засади оцінки ефективності дивідендної політики підприємств. Запропоновано критерії вибору дивідендної політики з урахуванням існуючих обмежень (правових, організаційно-управлінських, фінансових, інвестиційних).

BASIC APPROACHES TO DETERMINING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE DIVIDEND POLICY OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract. The article examines the main approaches to determining effective dividend policy. The factors influencing the efficiency of dividend policy of enterprises are determined. The influence of dividend policy on profitability of enterprises is substantiated. Methodical principles of estimation of efficiency of dividend policy of enterprises are outlined. Development and implementation of effective dividend policy is one of the main directions of increasing the profitability of enterprises in market conditions of management. The tendencies of enterprise development in recent years have shown the presence of financial problems: lower profitability, high level of financial risks, tax burden and inflation. This is due, first of all, to the lack of efficiency of the financial mechanism. In the financial mechanism dividend policy acts as a financial leverage to ensure the profitability of the enterprise in the context of adapting to changes in the external and internal environment. To substantiate the feasibility of developing and implementing dividend policy at enterprises, it should be considered in the aspect of the influence of dividend processes on the profitability of enterprises. The paper proposes that the following steps be taken into account in the formation of the dividend policy of the enterprise: consideration of the main factors influencing the dividend policy of the enterprise (investment opportunities, possibilities of formation of financial resources, level of taxation, achieved profitability indicators, shareholder composition); choice of type of dividend policy in accordance with the financial strategy of the enterprise and taking into account existing restrictions (legal, organizational, managerial, financial, investment).
