ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНИЙ КАПІТАЛ ЯК ЧИННИК ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ

Аннотація. В статті розкриваються теоретико-методичні підходи до трактування категорій «інвестиційна привабливість» та «інтелектуальний капітал». Узагальнюючи вищезазначені підходи до розуміння понять, виділені їх характерні ознаки і оcобливості: Виявлені наявні проблеми функціонування інтелектуального капіталу (ІК) в Україні як чинника інвестиційної привабливості економічної системи (ЕС) в наслідок протиріч щодо рівня сформованості та ефективності його використання. Розроблено методичне забезпечення аналізу ІК як чинника інтелектуальної привабливості ЕС.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AS A FACTOR OF ECONOMIC SYSTEM INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS

Abstract. The article reveals theoretical and methodical approaches to the interpretation of the category «investment attractiveness» and «intellectual capital». Due to the growing share of insignificant assets in the gross product of the country, regions, the value of the enterprise the IC becomes a influential factor for the investment attractiveness of economic systems(ES). The purpose of the study is to develop methodological support for analysis of IC as a factor of investment attractiveness. The existing problems of functioning of the intellectual capital (IC) in Ukraine as a factor of investment attractiveness of the ES are revealed as a result of contradictions concerning the level of formation and efficiency of its use. The essence and sequence of stages of analysis of functioning of IC as a factor of investment attractiveness are substantiated, including: identification of objects of analysis, determination of components of IC economic systems at macro- and mesoeconomic levels, formation of information base of research according to the system of indicators, identification and evaluation of components, determination of the generalized index of IС by the triangle area method; classification by IC of ES by cluster analysis; updating the factors of influence on the functioning of IC economic systems; determination of the mutual influence of the components of IC and their impact on the investment attractiveness of the ES within which it is reproduced; positioning ES by the rate of their investment attractiveness growth and IC, forecasting the formation and efficiency of the use of EC.
