  • Development of production and technical services and technical security of farms.

    Since 2016 and until now participates in the research program "Formation of an effective management system in a transitive economy of the region", which is part of the plan of fundamental research work of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Department of Management TSATU, DR № 0116U002740).

· Since October 1991 - laboratory assistant of the department of production organization in agro-industrial complex (MIMSG);

· Since September 1993 - assistant of the department of organization of production in agro-industrial complex (MIMSG);

· In 2003 - defended her PhD thesis;

· з червня 2004 р. - доцент кафедри організація виробництва та агробізнесу;

· з листопада 2007р. – доцент кафедри організація виробництва та агробізнесу Таврійського державного агротехнологічного університету;

· з листопада 2014 р. – доцент кафедри організації та управління соціально-економічними системами Таврійського державного агротехнологічного університету.
