Title EFFICIENCY OF USING DIGESTATES FROM BIOGAS REACTORS FOR FARMERS

Аnbstract The fermented precipitate, which remains in the bioreactor after getting the biogas is a remarkable substitute for organic fertilizer and its chemical composition is able to completely restore the humus part of the fertile soil layer, but its value is unfounded from the price position Nutrient chemical elements from which it is folded. The purpose of the article is to formulate the objective price of organo-mineralised fertilizer on the basis of Digestate obtained after the fermentation processes in the biogas reactor, taking into account the cost of basic nutrients, the introduction of which in soil increases the yield Crops.
The results of the studies indicate that the consistency of biofertilizer, the higher its value, and therefore 1 ton of thick biofertilizers from pork manure, taking into account the cost of nutrient components, costs 379.67 UAH and cow manure – 314.50 UAH, which It can be used for real implementation by farmers in the agricultural market of products. With moisture loss of more than 5 times, the cost of biofertilizers is increasing only in 2.5 times of pork manure, and 3 times from cow manure. The cost of 1 ton of the liquid fraction of the digestate from the bioreactor, taking into account the nutrient content, is only 582, 44 hryvnia for 1 ton. Analyzing the prices of different fractions of digestate and components of the pricing of this product it is evident that it is much more profitable to remake the semi-liquid precipitate digestational into granules than to apply it fresh. The resulting granules will be stored for several years and their price is almost 10 times higher, and is 2860, 65 UAH for 1 ton. For small farms, rational use of 5 m3 bioreactor, so that it can be completely to download animal waste and crushed plant biomass. From such bioreactor for 1 month – 6 tons of liquid and semi-liquid digestational. Using our calculations, the monthly income from received Digestate, at the cost of nutrient elements, will be 4675.52 UAH. If the liquid fraction can be immediately taken out on the field and made in farmland, the Semiliquid digestate is better to convert to pellets for long-term storage and at the same time, the monthly income will be 17163.90 UAH from the implementation of such organo-mineralized fertilizer.
Thus, the price of organic-mineralized environmentally friendly fertilizer, which is obtained after fermentation processes from the biogas reactor, on the basis of Digestate, is to form the cost of nutrient chemical elements from which it consists. Taking into account the price of each element in fertilizer that has long been realized in the agricultural market and knowing the contents of these elements in the Digestate, one can determine the value of each fraction. The calculation of the price of Organo-mineralized fertilizers based on Digestate indicates the expediency of processing it to granules directly at the biogas plant.
