Annotation | The purpose of the article. The purpose of the article is to study the trends in the development of alternative energy in Ukraine, substantiate and develop an algorithm for making management decisions on the transition to alternative energy sources in domestic enterprises. Results. The essence, advantages and disadvantages of alternative energy sources in Ukraine are revealed. The analysis of the dynamics of energy consumption in Ukraine on the basis of renewable sources for 2007-2018 is performed. Possible scenarios of transition of the energy sector of Ukraine to renewable energy sources are considered:conservative, liberal, revolutionary. An algorithm for making a management decision on the transition to alternative energy sources at the enterprise is proposed. The proposed algorithm can be presented in the following sequence: scientific and methodological aspects of the transition of enterprises to alternative energy sources; analysis of technical and economic indicators of the enterprise; modeling the energy saving process using alternative sources using the method of analysis of hierarchies and economic and mathematical tools; multi-criteria evaluation of the efficiency of the project of transition to alternative energy sources; development of a mechanism for financing energy-saving technologies and implementing the transition to alternative sources. |
