Аnbstract | Current trends in the development of the new economy, constant changes in the labor market require new requirements for staff, professional flexibility in recruitment and preservation of human resources. There is a need for more qualified staff, because the error in poor assessment is worth the financial costs, loss of working time and reduced productivity, and so on. The article clarifies the structure of staff assessment and diagnosis, identifies modern features of staff assessment and diagnosis methods; described are known psychodiagnostic techniques and their peculiarities of use in HR – sphere. The purpose of this article is to clarify the essence and basic structural elements of personnel assessment; illumination and systematization of modern methods of staff diagnostics; highlight the impact of HR technologies on the personnel assessment process. In the future, it is planned to determine the features and needs of the process of internal professional development of labor potential, which provides for the preservation, development, vocational training, advanced training and retraining of personnel using modern HR technologies. |
