The wider the product offer by product groups and units, the greater the customer satisfaction and the better results of economic activity of producer farms. That is why the analysis of the product offer of the industry in the South of Ukraine is the starting point for the formation of economic relations in the relevant market, the definition of zonal features in the production and development of the industry as a whole. Zonal specialization offers great prospects for Ukraine. The South of Ukraine covers Zaporozhe, Mykolaiv, Odessa and Kherson regions. Historically, the economic aspects of the development of industrial gardening have been studied and it has been established that despite the difficulties, industrial gardening in Ukraine has developed rapidly, especially in the southern regions. Large horticultural farms hid a third of all enterprises and were located in the South of Ukraine. Modern realities show more or less uniform development of the industry, but each region determines its zonal specialization according to its natural and climatic conditions.
