Annotation

The growing global economic crisis is a direct confirmation of the limited epistemic positions of existing management approaches focused on the management of innovative development, both at the macro and micro levels. The dominance of the linear and normative paradigm in the management of the creation of innovative values, initiates the emergence of a number of socio-economic contradictions that need to be resolved. This necessitates the reorientation of the research vector to nonlinear and behavioral paradigms, which should form an epistemic basis of current socio-humanitarian technologies designed to address the constantly emerging contradictions of innovation. Therefore, the purpose of the article is the analysis, systematization and substantiation of methodological principles of management of innovation-active personnel in the new economy in order to intensify the development of high sociohumanitarian (cognitive) technologies. The interdisciplinary nature of the process of managing innovation-active personnel has determined the need for convergence of management principles, synergetics, organization of the innovation process and subjectivity. Based on a symbiotic combination of principles representing different scientific fields, the article provides a system of guidelines that corresponds to the principles of the new economy and knowledge management. Thus, having built the basic architecture of the basic guidelines for the management of innovation-active personnel, it became possible to form in further research a code of guidelines governing the features, characteristics and guidelines of the modern enterprise studying in the new economy.
