Annotation

The potential of the domestic economy provides positive prospects for the application of new methods of enterprise management. It is advisable to study the practice of using logistics management at the global level and the implementation of these methods in domestic enterprises. Logistics processes are closely related to the functioning of the potential of the enterprise, they must obey the main goals of the enterprise and ensure their achievement. The use of logistics concepts allows for a close integration of production, logistics, transport and transmission of information about the movement of goods into a single system. With the help of integrated logistics support it is possible to achieve impact on project implementation, resource planning, resource supply, provision of resources with minimal costs throughout the life cycle.
The need to turn to the logistics management of material and technical potential of the enterprise is caused by: increased competition, rapid growth of information, expanding ties between enterprises.
The advantage of logistics management of enterprises is the search for the best solution to poorly structured problems. The purpose of logistics management of material and technical potential of the enterprise is to provide all materials in the appropriate quantity, quality and range to the time and place of consumption; reduction of stocks by providing complete information about the possibility of rapid purchase and replacement of materials; exact execution of all orders and provision of various additional services to consumers. Logistics activities are aimed at creating an effective network of material and information flow, consisting of various logistics chains.
