Title RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE AND ITS ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Аnbstract.

The article identifies the impact of enterprise potential on its organizational development. In particular, the analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of “enterprise potential” is presented: the quantity and quality of resources in the possession of the economic system; characteristics of the resources of the subject, which determine its capabilities in relation to the production of material goods for society in a particular period of time; ability to develop and effectively use resources, provided they are limited. It is revealed that the given definitions of the potential of the enterprise are considered from the position of: systematization; participation of the enterprise in meeting social needs and development of society; limited resources and efficiency of their use; strategic nature.
The definition of organizational development of the enterprise is given, in particular: influence on processes in the organization connected with activity of people; work in the organization of long-term character, directed on perfection of ways and methods of the decision of problems and updating of the enterprise; increasing cultural values and increasing the role of staff in ensuring changes in strategic importance. It is established that the interpretation of organizational development of the enterprise is also based on a systematic approach, the development of the enterprise in the context of the application of new ways and methods of solving problems, increasing the efficiency of activities and renewal of the organization; improving the formal and informal aspects of organizational activities; outlining the strategy of activity, as the need to adapt to new business conditions and ensure quantitative and qualitative changes in the enterprise in the long run.
The identity of approaches to determining the potential of the enterprise and its organizational development is determined with the difference that in determining the organizational development of the enterprise special attention is paid to the factor of staff participation in using the potential of the enterprise to achieve organizational change. potential of the enterprise.
