Title	BLOGGING DIRECTION AS ANIMATION

Аnbstract	The article explores theoretical and practical aspects of the development of modern forms of animation. It is noted that one of the peculiarities of the functioning of the post-industrial economy is the dialectical combination of the availability of the global information space and the realization of the individual capabilities of each individual to influence its filling. It is proved that blogging activity has deep socio-cultural roots, since each civilization is characterized by the presence of personalities, whose functions include interactive interaction with certain sections of society. The article points to the need to study the prospects of blogging as a specific kind of animation, taking into account the social functions and competencies of the persons concerned.
