Annotation	Human development is the basis for ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of regions. The strategy of regional development of the region should become the basis for the development of human potential of the Zaporozhye region. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main problems of human development of Zaporizhia region and the possibilities of their solution based on the implementation of the Strategy of regional development of Zaporizhia region for the period up to 2027. The object of this study is the human development of the Zaporozhye region.
