Annotation | One of the key conditions for making effective management decisions is the availability of relevant, complete and reliable information. In the conditions of new economy development the information and the person become a guarantee of achievement of the most effective indicators of business functioning. The article reveals the place and role of HR analytics in the management system of the company. The evolution of the development and formation of the talent management system in the world depending on the type of economy developing in the country is given. The main functions and tasks of HR analytics are defined. The key stages of its implementation in the company are outlined (collection and generalization of HR and business information, evaluation and analysis of HR indicators, management decision making, forecasting and feedback). The peculiarities of collecting and storing HR information are revealed, the sources of their search and methods of generalization are considered. The modern key HR metrics used in the world’s leading companies are presented. Software tools for optimizing the work of HR analysts in the company are identified. |
