Abstract | Introduction Under modern conditions, there is an increasing role of the tourism industry as a component of the business environment of Ukraine, as well as a factor in promoting socio-economic development at the regional level. In rural areas of resort areas, this type of activity is one of the most attractive forms of self-employment for the local population, a means of ensuring an acceptable level of income and an argument against changing residence. Relevant normative acts have recently been actively adopted at the state and regional levels, the purpose of which is to promote the development of the tourism business in all its aspects, in particular in the field of rural green tourism. However, it should be noted that the process of practical implementation of the declared goals does not always meet the objectives. The purpose of this article is to develop and substantiate the areas of training for the field of regional tourism in the context of increasing the level of regional economic security. Results. The results of the study prove the importance of regional tourism development as a factor in promoting the process of socio-economic development. The role of proper staffing as an integral part of the effective functioning of the tourism business in modern conditions is substantiated. The article formulates the strategic principles of development of the staffing system in the field of regional tourism. The purpose, tasks and main measures for the practical implementation of this strategy are defined. Conclusions. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the staffing of regional tourism business in the context of economic security. The factors that determine the importance of staffing as a factor in the effective development of the tourism business in modern conditions are formulated. The Strategy of development of system of staffing of regional tourism is offered for realization. The necessity of establishing cooperation between the business environment and research and training centers as a direction of providing training for tourism business is substantiated. |
