Annotation Setting objectives. The market of fruit and berry products has been developing in two opposite planes in recent years. On the one hand, agricultural producers are increasing the production of fruits and berries; rapidly connected to commodity production and households; quantitative and qualitative characteristics of products are improved, the range is expanded, new niches of environmentally friendly and organic products are created. On the other hand, economic indicators that characterize the efficiency of enterprises in the market are deteriorating. The market infrastructure of horticultural products has not changed significantly today, it includes: producers of products: enterprises engaged in storage of products, its processing of medium and small businesses; wholesale and retail trade enterprises; fruit processing enterprises; credit and financial institutions; information and consulting services, etc. According to the
economic laws of the market, producers of fruit and berry products are always profit-oriented. Due to the fact that the horticultural industry requires significant investments, farms cannot develop their business without a stable income.
